The short version
We’re hiring our first product designer at Ethnio! Open to half-time or full-time and the position is 100% remote, obvs.
The most important element of this role is 2+ years of experience with B2B SaaS design. Developing products that are integrated into the daily work routine of our customers is incredibly important to us, so looking for a designer that knows how to handle the complexity of enterprise software.
You'll be joining our team of seven to focus on designing the best participant recruiting, screening, scheduling, and payment platform there ever was. Super bonus points for experience designing survey editors, scheduling, or large design systems.

Contract to start and full-time employment potential with benefits. Ethnio is a UX research SaaS for Research Operations teams around the world, with customers ranging from AirBnB to Meta to startups. You will be in charge of sourcing qualified leads for the Director of Customer Engagement, and will report to her as well as working closely with the founder and product team.
🔭 Focus of this role
Create highly usable and beautiful interfaces for research operations teams
Design a survey editor (think Typeform for screening participants), scheduling interface (Calendly for research teams), and our CRM
Update marketing site and materials
Collaborate directly with four engineers and product team
Work within the constraints of existing design system while helping to build new components
Maintain high accessibility for assistive devices
📝 Requirements
2+ years experience with B2B SaaS design of any flavor
Sketch, Figma, Slack skills - basically, the usual design stack
Can use the right AI like Figma Make or anything you’d like, and with the right constraints
Ability to make small form interactions beautiful and functional
A strong portfolio site showcasing your design process and completed projects
Ability to work well remotely, obvs
Interest in the field of UX Research
A belief in design systems
Empathy to listen to customers and show them you care about their issues
💰 Compensation
Starting hourly based on experience, room to grow into full-time salaried
