We organized this event to support the growing community of researchers, designers, and PMs questioning the overlap between UX research and market research. This led to some fascinating discussions in which we analyzed the two methods side-by-side, looked at the human need as the differentiator, and found the “Ah-Hah!” moment when mapping out a user journey.

We put these events on to support the growing community of researchers, designers, and PMs who are interested in using customer research to build the best products. Over 100 designers, researchers, PMs, and lots of other folks came out to discuss researching the humans who use our products.
